Women in the Church of the Living God (Elohim)
Part 8
Women in Biblical Prophecy who Lead Men Astray
Preface
Who have bewitched the so-called professing Christian ‘mainstream’ community? That they have turned to other gospels, departing "from the simplicity that is in Christ (the Messiah)". Falling prey to that which are not gospels at all, but gospels of feminism, prosperity, and this so-called equality in ‘authority’ of men and women in the churches of this world, and teaching other such gospels (Rev. 2:20 NIV where Yahwehshua the Messiah says, “You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants…”; Galatians 1:6-12; 2 Corinthians 11:3-4).
· 10 Do you think I
am trying to make people accept me? No, God (Elohim) is the One I am trying to
please. Am I trying to please people? If I still wanted to please people, I
would not be a servant of Christ (the Messiah).
Women Spoken of in Biblical Prophecy
Beginning first
with the prophecy by Elohim in Isaiah 3, we find ourselves today at this very
stage in Elohim plan:
In Isaiah 3:12 NKJV,
the prophet Isaiah prophesied about the people of Elohim in the last days (those
who claim to be followers of the Messiah Yahwehshua
today). Yahweh Elohim is quoted as saying in
verse…
“12
“As for My people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O
My people! Those who lead you cause you to err, and destroy the way of your
paths".
The phrase “My
people” refers to the people of Yahweh Elohim, the children of
Israel (both physical nation and spiritual nation); however, in this paper the
focus is to see it as it refers to the people belonging to the Congregation
of the Living Yahweh Elohim (Romans 8:9, 14, Romans 9:6-7 and 1 Peter
2:9-10). Those worshipping in the synagogue of Satan,
the evil one and his followers, todays’ religious leaders and teachers (Rev.
2:9; Rev. 3:9 – see also Rev. 3:14-22 Message to the Church in Laodica).
·
9 You, however,
are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed
the Spirit of God (Elohim) lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit
of Christ (the Messiah), they do not belong to Christ (Messiah)… 14 For those who
are led by the Spirit of God (Elohim) are the children of God (Elohim).
Using other Holy Scripture
to interpret the phrase "children are their oppressors",
we find that the word “children” here refers to the immature in
the faith; “Childish leaders oppress My people…” (Isaiah 3:12 NLT; see
also 1 Samuel 12:1-3; Jeremiah 5:1-7; 25:35; Zechariah 10:3); not
yet being of full age, “mere infants in Christ (Messiah)” (1
Corinthians 3:1; Romans 2:19-24).
Those who are
without spiritual understanding (1 Corinthians 14:20 NIV “Brothers and
sisters, stop thinking like children…”); those who are ‘unskilled in
the word of righteousness’; unable to discern between good and evil (2
Corinthians 6:13 children in the faith; Hebrews 5:12-14).
A complete reading
of this Scripture in Isaiah 3:12-17 gives us the interpretation as to who
these children and women are in verse Isaiah 3:12 whom Yahweh
Elohim speaks, “…The LORD (Yahweh Elohim) comes forward to
pronounce judgment on the elders and rulers of His people…stolen from the
poor. How dare you crush My people, grinding the faces of the poor into the
dust?” (Isaiah 3:13-14).
·
12 Childish
leaders oppress my people, and women rule over them. O my people,
your leaders mislead you; they send you down the wrong road.
·
13 The Lord (Yahweh Elohim) takes
his place in court and presents his case against his people.[a] 14 The Lord (Yahweh Elohim) comes
forward to pronounce judgment on the elders and rulers of his people:
·
“You
have ruined Israel, my vineyard. Your houses are filled with things
stolen from the poor. 15 How dare you crush my people, grinding the faces
of the poor into the dust?” demands the Lord (Yahweh Elohim), the Lord (Yahweh
Elohim) of
Heaven’s Armies.
·
16 The Lord (Yahweh
Elohim) says,
“Beautiful Zion[b] is haughty:
craning her elegant neck, flirting with her eyes, walking with dainty steps,
tinkling her ankle bracelets. 17 So the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) will
send scabs on her head; the Lord (Yahweh
Elohim) will make beautiful Zion bald.”
a. 3:13 As in Greek
and Syriac versions; Hebrew reads against the peoples.
b. 3:16 Or The women of Zion (with corresponding changes to plural forms through verse 24); Hebrew reads The daughters of Zion; also in 3:17.
·
20 Brethren, do
not be children in understanding; however, in malice be babes, but in
understanding be mature.
The word “children”
in Webster's dictionary is also defined as “one strongly influenced by
another or by a place or state of affairs”. The English word “children”
here translated from the Hebrew original word “ll[“, transliterated
word “`alal”, phonetic spelling “aw-lal'”; means to act severely, deal with severely, make
a fool of someone, to be severely dealt with, to busy oneself, divert oneself,
deal wantonly, deal ruthlessly, abuse (by thrusting through), to practice
practices, thrust forth (in wickedness), to glean, to act or play the
child, to insert, thrust, and thrust upon.
·
12 For though
by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the
first principles of the [a]oracles of
God (Elohim); and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
·
13 For everyone
who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is
a babe.
·
14 But solid food
belongs to those who are [b]of full age,
that is, those who by reason of [c]use have their
senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

c. Hebrews
5:14 practice
Also, translated as
glean, done, abuse, mock, affected, children, do, defiled, practice,
thoroughly, wrought wonderfully, wrought (Strong’s 05953). The English
word “oppressors” in the Hebrew is translated from “Xgn” (original word), transliterated word “Nagas”,
phonetic spelling “naw-gas' “; meaning to
press, drive, oppress, exact, exert demanding pressure, to press, drive, to
exact, driver, taskmaster, ruler, tyrant, lord, exactor of
tribute (participle), to be hard pressed.
The word is translated
as oppressor, taskmasters, exact, distressed, oppressed, driver, exactors
and taxes (Strong’s Hebrew 5065). The English word “oppressed” in
the Hebrew means to press upon, violate, defraud, do violence, get deceitfully,
wrong, extort, to be exploited, be crushed. Original word is “qX[“,
transliterated word “ashaq”, phonetic spelling
“aw-shak' “ (Strong’s 06231).
Scripture speaks of
those who are “oppressed” as being mistreated, abused, wronged by
deceitful practices, and afflicted by those who are rich, those
overseeing or shepherding them or ruling them (Exodus 22:21;
Hosea 12:7; Acts 10:36 and James 2:6 AKJV “rich men oppress you”).
So, we have those
who are responsible for shepherding the people of Elohim influenced and swayed
by society (trends of the time) and the wise of
this world (Galatians 4:3 and Ephesians 4:14 NLT “lies so clever they
sound like the truth”).
The people of this
evil and adulterous world are “slaves to the basic
spiritual principles of this world” (Galatians
4:3 NLT). Whatever, this society thinks popular and
“in” to do today; these churches of this evil and
adulterous world will do, as it is written in Matthew 15:9 NKJV
these churches “…in vain they worship
Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men”.
Those who belong to
the synagogues of Satan, the evil one will do what’s popular
in their times (Revelation 2:9 NKJV “…I
know the blasphemy of those
who say they are Jews and are not, but
are a synagogue [or
congregation] of Satan”; see also Revelation
3:9).
·
3 And that’s the
way it was with us before Christ (the Messiah) came. We were like children;
we were slaves to the basic spiritual principles[a] of this world.
a.
4:3 Or powers;
also in 4:9.
Below
in Ephesians Yahweh tells us what faith leaders and teachers should be to His
People…
·
11 Now these
are the gifts Christ (Messiah) gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets,
the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their
responsibility is to equip God’s (Elohim) people to do his work and build up
the church, the body of Christ (the Messiah). 13 This
will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of
God’s (Elohim) Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full
and complete standard of Christ (the Messiah).
·
14 Then we will
no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by
every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick
us with lies so clever they sound like the truth.
Those without or
choosing not to accept spiritual understanding (children in the faith or those
professing to be Christians oppressing others as children in the faith); these
oppressive leaders deal deceitfully with the flock causing them to follow
the way leading to their destruction (1 Corinthians 14:20 NKJV “do not be
children in understanding”).
Those seeking to
escape from this evil and adulterous world, the children invited by Elohim the
Holy and Righteous Father in heaven to His wedding feast are exploited and
defrauded out of the rest and liberty in the Sovereign
Yahwehshua the Messiah by the leaders of
the congregations acting and behaving as children (2 Peter 2:18; Matthew 20:1-16
NKJV “So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.”
v. 16; Matthew 22:1-14 NKJV “For many are called, but few are chosen.” v. 14).
·
18 For they mouth
empty, boastful words and, by appealing to the lustful desires of the flesh, they
entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error.
·
19 They promise
them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity—for “people are slaves
to whatever has mastered them.”
Matthew
22:14 NIV
·
14 “For many are
invited, but few are chosen.”
Do you think Elohim
want children (the spiritual immature) to lead His people? (See Isaiah 3:13-14
above). By lording it over the people (Matthew 20:25 NIV “…rulers of the
Gentiles lord it over…” the people), and using deceitful practices
these spiritual immature leaders (professing to be followers the Messiah,
the one whom they Christ) are oppressing the flock in the synagogues
[or congregations] of Satan
(Jeremiah 5:31 ruling by their own authority and the people love it; Romans
2:20; Revelation 3:14-22 churches
of the Laodiceans’ Christians).
As for these
children leading the people of Elohim, who have caused those who deny the truth
to be “unequally yoked with unbelievers” sneaked
into the congregations of the Yahweh Elohim people long ago
(2 Corinthians 6:12-14; Acts 20:29-30; Jude 1:4).
Elohim says
these “children” are oppressing His people, meaning
Elohim people are “wronged by deceitful practices”, and ruled by “taskmasters”
who do not allow for righteous judgment and spiritual discernment of the word
of Elohim (1 Corinthians 15:34; Proverbs 28:16; Isaiah 9:16).
·
4 Some sinful
men have come into your church without anyone knowing it. They are
living in sin and they speak of the loving-favor of God (Elohim) to cover up
their sins.
·
They have turned against our only
Leader and Lord (Master), Jesus Christ (Yahwehshua
the Messiah). Long ago it was written that these people would die in their
sins.
Now, the
Scripture in Jude above speaks of those men and women who sneaked into the
congregations of the Living Elohim saying things such as “God is Love” (“loving-favor”
of Elohim) claiming since Yahweh loves everyone it’s okay to be you without
changing your current lifestyle that’s against the Word of Elohim. These were
prophesy about long ago as it is written…
Daughters
of Your People - Woe to the Women
In Ezekiel 13, Yahweh
proclaims a prophecy "against the daughters" (women) of Israel
(both the physical and spiritual Israel are referred to here) that they were
prophesying "out of their own imagination" (v. 17).
Is (Yahweh Elohim) saying women can prophesy in the
congregations of the Elohim people? Yahweh Elohim includes all false
prophetesses in this "Woe
to the women" (v. 18).
These women are
also women who calls themselves preachers and ministers proclaiming something
in Yahweh Elohim word, which is not in Yahweh Elohim
word.
Namely, teaching
the doctrine of women being allowed to teach in the New Testament Church when Yahweh Elohim
said no such thing – see Women in the Churches of the
Saints Part 5.
a. Matthew 15:9 Isaiah
29:13
·
17 “Now, son of
man, set your face against the daughters of your people who prophesy out of
their own imagination. Prophesy against them 18 and say, ‘This
is what the Sovereign Lord (Yahweh
Elohim) says:
·
Woe to the women who sew magic
charms on all their wrists and make veils of various lengths for their heads in
order to ensnare people. Will you ensnare the lives of my people but
preserve your own?
·
19 You have
profaned me among my people for a few handfuls of barley and
scraps of bread. By lying to my people, who listen to lies, you have
killed those who should not have died and have spared those who should not
live.
·
20 “‘Therefore
this is what the Sovereign Lord (Yahweh Elohim) says: I am against your magic charms
with which you ensnare people like birds and I will tear them from your arms; I
will set free the people that you ensnare like birds.
·
21 I will tear
off your veils and save my people from your hands, and they will no longer fall
prey to your power. Then you will know that I am the Lord (Yahweh Elohim). 22 Because you
disheartened the righteous with your lies, when I had brought them no grief,
and because you encouraged the wicked not to turn from their evil ways and
so save their lives,
·
23 therefore you
will no longer see false visions or practice divination. I will save my people from your
hands. And then you will know that I am the Lord (Yahweh Elohim).’”
· 17 “Now, son of
man, speak out against the
women who prophesy from their own imaginations. 18 This
is what the Sovereign Lord (Yahweh Elohim) says: What
sorrow awaits you women who are ensnaring the souls of my people, young and old
alike.
· You tie magic
charms on their wrists and furnish them with magic veils. Do you think you
can trap others without bringing destruction on yourselves?
· 19 You bring
shame on me among my people for a few handfuls of barley or a piece of bread.
By lying to my people who love to listen to lies, you kill those who should not
die, and you promise life to those who should not live.
·
20 “This is what
the Sovereign Lord (Yahweh Elohim) says: I am against all your magic
charms, which you use to ensnare my people like birds. I will tear them from
your arms, setting my people free like birds set free from a cage.
· 21 I will tear off
the magic veils and save my people from your grasp. They will no longer be
your victims. Then you
will know that I am the Lord (Yahweh Elohim).
·
22 You have
discouraged the righteous with your lies, but I didn’t
want them to be sad.
·
And
you have encouraged the wicked by promising them life, even though they
continue in their sins.
·
23 Because of all
this, you will no longer talk of seeing visions that you never saw, nor will
you make predictions. For I will rescue my people from your grasp. Then you
will know that I am the Lord (Yahweh Elohim).”
Notice, Yahweh Elohim
says these daughters (women) of His people are lying to them,
and the people gladly listen to these women who prophesy these lies – Ezekiel
13:19 “…By
lying to My people, who listen to lies, you have killed those who
should not have died and have spared those who should not live”. Teaching the people
its alright to come to Yahweh Elohim without changing your lifestyle – not trying
to do what’s right saying to the people you were born like this – so why
changed who you are when the Scripture clearly says:
a.
John 3:3 Or born again.
b. John 3:5 cf. Ezek. 36:24-27.
Also, these women
have power over Yahweh
Elohim people which Yahweh Elohim
prophesy against in Isaiah 3:12. I ask, why is Yahweh Elohim
saying these women “disheartened the righteous with your lies”? (Ezekiel
13:22).
· 12 Childish
leaders oppress my people, and women rule over them. O my people, your leaders
mislead you; they send you down the wrong road.
Ø Who
are these women who “encouraged the wicked not to turn from their evil ways”?
Ø Why these women
ministers are promising the people life when “they continue
in their sins”?
Ø Are
they among the righteous people of Yahweh Elohim
(Ezekiel 13:22; Revelation 3:14-22)?
Ø Is
this speaking of these women who call themselves ministers encouraging the churches
today to accept their teachings?
Ø Do
you believe Yahweh
Elohim is speaking to us today in this prophecy?
Ø I
mean think about what I’m saying here.
In Isaiah 3:12, The
phrase “women rule over them” refers to these women who call themselves
ministers and preachers and are allowed by men to teach in the congregations of
the Living Yahweh
Elohim causing Elohim
people to error in the way of Yahweh (Ezekiel
13:17-23 and Revelation 2:18-29).
These women and “children”
(immature leaders) ruling over Yahweh Elohim
people have caused those who are slipping away from the faith to be influenced
by others in mainstream Christianity.
Revelation 3:14-22
message “To
the Angel of the church in Laodicea”.
(Those who are swayed by this world’s customs more than by the word of Yahweh Elohim
– see also what the Holy Spirit said in the beginning of the Church age in Acts
20:17-38 NLV “Also men from your own group will begin
to teach things that are not true. They will get men to follow them”
(v. 30); 1 Timothy 4:1-2).
·
1 The Spirit
clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow
deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. 2 Such
teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared
as with a hot iron.
There
are some of these who seems to teach that this is during the end-time (last
years of this evil and adulterous age); even though, the Holy Spirit clearly says,
The
last days is now and began when our Sovereign Yahwehshua
the Messiah came into His Creation to pay our death penalty, as it is written…
Now,
I ask these questions above and below of those who wish to discern Yahweh
Elohim will concerning women ruling over them.
Ø Why did God say His people have women
ruling over them, if it’s okay for them to rule?
Ø Are women ministers considered rulers
in the church (Hebrews 13:7,13)?
Ø Is Yahweh Elohim saying women
should not rule over true followers of Sovereign Yahwehshua
the Messiah?
Ø Why did Yahweh Elohim say these
women are leading His people into error?
Ø Does Yahweh Elohim always mean what He
say? I speak foolishly.
Of
this I’m fully convince and I’m sure, Yahweh Elohim means what He says!
(I ask this question as one of the foolish ones - seeing how we are denying these
plainly written Scriptures apply to us today; 2 Samuel 22:31; Psalm 18:30;
Proverbs 30:5; Ecclesiastes 5:2; Matthew 4:4; Luke 1:37; 8:21; 11:28; Romans
9:6; Hebrews 4:12 NIV “For the word of God (Yahweh Elohim) is alive and
active…”).

fulfill your vow. 5 It is better not
to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it.
·
6 Do not let your
mouth lead you into sin. And do not protest to the temple messenger, “My vow

what you say and destroy the work of your hands?
· 7 Much dreaming and

a. Ecclesiastes
5:1 In Hebrew texts 5:1 is numbered 4:17, and 5:2-20 is
numbered 5:1-19.
Notice,
that only immature men in the faith are not allowed to lead Yahweh Elohim
people. You must wonder why Yahweh Elohim
single out women here and not men.
Remembering
if women (Yahweh Elohim did not say some women) lead Yahweh Elohim people
astray then it’s understood that no woman should lead in the congregations
of the Yahweh Elohim people.
Is
Yahweh Elohim saying these women and the children in the faith (spiritual
immature) are leading us into error (Hebrews 3:12-15)? I ask these questions for your
spiritual discernment.
In
Isaiah 3:12, the Holy
Spirit clearly shows us as true followers of the Sovereign Yahwehshua the Messiah that women should not rule over
His people; yet, today we still have those who lead in the congregations of
this world debating what the Holy Spirit spoke through the apostle Paul,
meant in 1 Corinthians 14:33-40 - Women in the Church of the Living God
Part 5; 1
Timothy 2:11-15 – Women in the Church of the Living God
Part 6. Please let us rightly divide the
word, "and this we will do if God (Yahweh Elohim) permits"
(Hebrews 5:3).
Women
(Daughters) of Zion
In Isaiah 3:16-17
(NIV), who are these “women of Zion”
the Prophet speaks of in verses 16 and 17? We know the word “Zion”
refers to the city of David, the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living Elohim
(1 Kings 8:1, Psalm 51:18, Hebrews 12:22 and Revelation 14:1). This is
where we as followers of the Messiah (Messianic Congregations called Christians
by the Gentiles) currently reside spiritual (by the Spirit of the Messiah in
us; if indeed we have the Spirit of the Father and the Son – Romans 8:9-10).

When Yahweh Elohim
speaks of the “haughty” women (or daughters – see Strong’s Hebrew 1323
noun feminine plural) of Zion, He speaks of the women in the congregations of
those who are professing to be Christians in this world – spiritual
called the “synagogue of Satan” (Revelation
2:9; 3:9).
·
16 The Lord (Yahweh Elohim) says,“The women of Zion are
haughty, walking along with outstretched necks, flirting with their eyes,
strutting along with swaying hips, with ornaments jingling on their ankles.
·
17 Therefore the
Lord (Yahweh
Elohim) will bring sores on the heads of the women of Zion;
the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) will make their scalps
bald.”
The word “haughty”
means to be “blatantly and disdainfully proud” (Webster’s definition;
Strong’s Hebrew 1361 to be arrogant, to be high or to be exalted in a bad sense).
Are these women who claim to be teachers of men in the churches of this world today
described here? Why did Yahweh Elohim say this about these women?
Can women be
submissive as the law says, and disdainfully proud at the same time?
I think not. (Genesis 3:16 speaking about a woman husband, “he will rule over
you” or exercise dominion over – Strong’s Hebrew 4910).
Yahweh Elohim
says these women are “flirting with their eyes” (Isaiah 3:16 NIV),
meaning they are seducing the people of Yahweh Elohim by showing “superficial
or casual interest” in the things of Yahweh Elohim (Webster’s
definition).
These women are
those who have given up their place in Yahweh Elohim order of authority in the
Church of the Living Yahweh Elohim (1 Corinthians 11:3, 7).
Yahweh Elohim says He resists the proud, is He resisting these women of
Zion (James 4:6 NIV “God (Yahweh Elohim) opposes the proud”; 1 Peter
5:5, see also 2 Timothy 3:2)?
16 Moreover, the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) said,
“Because the daughters of Zion are proud And walk with outstretched necks and seductive
(flirtatious, alluring) eyes, And trip along with mincing steps and an affected
gait And walk with jingling [a]anklets on
their feet,
17 Therefore the Lord (Yahweh
Elohim) will afflict the crown of the head of the daughters of
Zion with scabs [making them bald],
And the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) will
expose their foreheads (send them into captivity).”

In Proverbs 7 NIV, the
Holy Spirit give us warnings about the adulterous women with crafty intent (v.
10); see Strong’s Hebrew 2114 and 802 adulterous
woman – feminine singular; crafty intent of cunning heart Strong’s Hebrew
5341 and 3820. These women are loud and defiant (not willing to submit
to the authority of men or Yahweh Elohim in the
congregations – 1 Corinthians 11:3). The Holy Spirit
says these women are seductive and persuasive with smooth words leading men
astray…

in the street, now in the squares, at every corner she lurks.) 13 She took hold of him and kissed him and with a
brazen face she said: 14 "I have
fellowship offerings at home; today I fulfilled my vows...
·
21 With persuasive
words she led him astray; she seduced him with her smooth talk. 22
All at once he followed her like an ox going to the slaughter, like a deer
stepping into a noose 23 till an arrow
pierces his liver, like a bird darting into a snare, little knowing it will
cost him his life.
·
24 Now then, my sons,
listen to me; pay attention to what I say. 25
Do not let your heart turn to her ways or stray into her paths.
o 26 Many are the victims she has brought down; her slain are
a mighty throng. 27 Her house is a highway
to the grave, leading down to the chambers of death"…
These verses again
speak of women leading men astray with “persuasive words”
and seducing them with “smooth talk” (v. 21). There are many
other verses in the Scriptures like these concerning women, and we still
have those within the “mainstream” so-called professing Christian
community who wish to have women rule over them (Revelation 2:9; 3:9).
None of them seems to think these verses mean anything today, I would think
because of their actions in the congregations of this world.
This do not mean
all women fall into this category, but are we to disregard these Holy Scriptures
and allow “some women” the ability to lead whole congregations down the highway
to the grave?
· 3 For the time
will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction
[that
challenges them with God’s (Yahweh Elohim) truth]; but
wanting to have their ears tickled [with something pleasing], they will accumulate for
themselves [many]
teachers [one after another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires
and to support the errors they hold,
· 4 and will
turn their ears away from the truth and will wander off into myths and man-made
fictions [and will accept the unacceptable].
Therefore, the Holy Spirit are proved right in
2 Timothy 4:3-4 that
these women calling themselves teachers and the men who are allowing women to
teach in the congregations of those who profess to be Christians “will
not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction”; instead, these people will only tolerate those who agree
with their “own desires”.
As it is written, they have turned “away
from the truth” to a doctrine of women teachers – spiritual called by
the Sovereign Yahwehshua the Messiah as “that
woman Jezebel” teachings which are misleading His
servants (Revelation 2:20 NIV).
Woman
Who is a Snare
In Ecclesiastes
7:26 (NIV), The Preacher of wisdom speaks of a “woman who is a snare” to
men seeking to do God’s will. Notice, what the
Holy Spirit says here concerning those men who escapes these women…
Ecclesiastes
7:26 (NIV)
·
26 I
find more bitter than death the woman who is a snare, whose
heart is a trap and whose hands are chains. The man who pleases God (Elohim)
will escape her, but
the sinner she will ensnare.
Here the Holy
Spirit says “the man who pleases God (Elohim) escapes” from this
type of woman. Am I saying all women fall in this category? Certainly not! But
this Scripture is giving us this warning for a reason – see our example of women
roles in the Gospels who followed our Sovereign Yahwehshua
our Savior the Messiah.
Matthew
27:54-56 The Sacred Scriptures Bethel Edition...54
Now the centurion, and they that were with him watching Yahshua,
when they saw the earthquake, and the things that were done, feared greatly,
saying, Truly this was the Son of Elohim.
55 And many women were there beholding
from afar, who had followed Yahshua from Galilee,
ministering to him: 56 among whom was Miriam Magdalene, and Miriam the
mother of Jacob and Joseph, and the mother of the sons of Zebedee.
We as followers
of the Messiah would do well to heed these warnings.
How then can we allow women to control an entire flock of saints? If you
want to please Elohim then do not allow women to ensnare you with "smooth
and persuasive words", escape from these “women
of Zion” who are haughty by pleasing Yahweh Elohim.
In Jeremiah 3:8-10,
Yahweh Elohim says that Israel and her sister Judah “committed adultery”
defiling themselves with other gods, and He gave them “a certificate of
divorce” (v. 8) …
These verses show
us that when the Scripture speaks of harlotry, adultery, or sexual immorality
of Elohim people as a whole or group it speaks of spiritual sexual immorality.
Not as some of the
wise of this world believe when trying to explain what these verses is dealing
with, they confuse the subject with physical sexual immorality.
We must examine the entire text to make a righteous discernment (see also
Jeremiah 5:31 NIV “…My people love it this way”).
·
1 The word that
came to Jeremiah from the Lord (Yahweh
Elohim), saying, 2 “Stand in the gate
of the Lord’s (Yahweh Elohim) house and proclaim
there this word and say, ‘Hear the word of the Lord (Yahweh Elohim), all you of
Judah who enter by these gates to worship the Lord (Yahweh Elohim).’”
·
3 Thus says the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) of hosts, the God (Yahweh Elohim) of Israel, “Change
your ways and your behavior, and I will let you live in this place. 4 Do
not trust in the deceptive and lying words [of the false
prophets who claim that Jerusalem will be protected by God (Elohim) because of
the temple], saying, ‘This is the temple of the Lord (Yahweh Elohim), the temple of
the Lord (Yahweh Elohim), the temple of
the Lord (Yahweh Elohim).’
· 5 For if you
thoroughly change your ways and your behavior, if you thoroughly and honestly
practice justice between a man and his neighbor, 6 if you do
not oppress the transient and the foreigner, the orphan, or the widow, and do not
shed innocent blood [by oppression and by unjust judicial
murders] in Jerusalem, nor follow after other gods to your own ruin, 7 then
I will let you live in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers [to
live in] forever and ever.
·
8 “Behold, you
are trusting in deceptive and useless words that bring no benefit. 9 Will
you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear [oaths] falsely, offer
sacrifices or burn incense to Baal, and follow after other gods that you have
not known, 10 and [then dare to] come and stand
before Me in this house, which is called by My [a]Name, and say, ‘We
are protected and set free [by this act of religious ritual]!’—only
to go on with this wickedness and these disgusting and loathsome things?
· 11 Has this house,
which is called by My Name, become a den of robbers in your eyes [a place of retreat
for you between acts of violence]? Behold, I Myself have seen it,” says the Lord (Yahweh Elohim).
·
12 “But go now to
My place which was in Shiloh [in Ephraim], where I first set
My Name, and see what I did to it because of the wickedness of My people
Israel. 13 And now, because you have done all these
things,” says the Lord (Yahweh
Elohim),
“and I spoke [persistently] to you, even rising up early and
speaking, but you did not listen, and I called you but you did not answer,
·
14 therefore, I will
do to this house (the temple) which is called by My Name, in which you trust,
and to the place which I gave you and your fathers, just as I did to Shiloh.
·
15 I will cast you
out of My sight, as I have cast out all your brothers (relatives through
Jacob), all the descendants of Ephraim.
·
16 “Therefore, do
not pray for this people [of Judah] or lift up a cry or
entreaty for them or make intercession to Me, for I do not hear you. 17 Do
you not see what they are doing in the cities of Judah and in the streets of
Jerusalem?
·
18 The children
gather wood, the fathers kindle the fire, and the women
knead the dough to make cakes for the [b]queen of
heaven;
and they pour out drink offerings to other gods that they may offend and
provoke Me to anger. 19 Do they offend and provoke Me to
anger?” says the Lord. “Is it not
themselves [they
offend], to their own shame?”
· 20 Therefore thus
says the Lord God (Yahweh
Elohim),
“Behold, My anger and My wrath will be poured out on
this place, on man and beast, on the trees of the field and the fruit of the
ground; and it will burn and [the fire will] not be quenched.”
·
21 Thus says the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) of hosts, the
God (Elohim) of Israel, “Add your burnt
offerings to your sacrifices and eat the meat. 22 For in
the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, I did not speak to your
fathers or command them concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices.
·
23 But this
thing I did command them: ‘Listen to and obey My voice, and I
will be your God (Elohim), and you shall be
My people; and you will walk in all the way which I command you, so that it may
be well with you.’ 24 But they did not obey Me or bend their
ear [to hear Me], but followed the counsels and the stubbornness of their [own]
evil heart (mind), and [they turned and] went backward instead of forward.
·
25 Since the day that your fathers came
out of the land of Egypt until this day, I have [persistently]
sent you all My servants the prophets, sending them daily, early [and late]. 26 Yet they did not listen to Me
and obey Me or bend their ear [to hear Me], but stiffened their neck; they
did more evil and behaved worse than their fathers.
·
27 “You shall speak all these words to them, but they
will not listen to you; and you shall [also] call to them, but they will not
answer you.
·
28 You shall say to them, ‘This is the
nation that did not obey the voice of the Lord their God (Yahweh their Elohim)
or
accept correction and warning; truth and faithfulness have perished and
have completely vanished from their mouths.
·
29 ‘Cut off your hair [your crown, O
Jerusalem] and throw it away, And take up a mournful
cry on the barren heights, For the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) has
rejected and abandoned, The generation of His wrath.’
a. Jeremiah
7:10 The “Name” of God is equivalent to His gracious presence in
passages such as this one. The place where God puts His Name is the place where
He chooses to dwell.
b. Jeremiah
7:18 A goddess of fertility, probably the Babylonian title for
Ishtar. She is identified with the planet Venus. Offerings to this goddess
included cakes made in the shape of a star (44:19).
Jeremiah 44 NIV
·
44 This word came to Jeremiah concerning all the
Jews living in Lower Egypt—in Migdol, Tahpanhes and Memphis—and in Upper Egypt: 2 “This
is what the Lord Almighty
(EL-Shaddai), the God (Elohim) of Israel, says: You saw the great disaster I
brought on Jerusalem and on all the towns of Judah.
·
Today they lie deserted and in ruins 3 because
of the evil they have done. They aroused my anger by burning incense to and
worshiping other gods that neither they nor you nor your ancestors ever knew. 4 Again
and again I sent my servants the prophets, who said, ‘Do not do this detestable
thing that I hate!’ 5 But they did not listen or pay attention;
they did not turn from their wickedness or stop burning incense to other gods.
· 6 Therefore, my fierce anger was poured out; it raged against
the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem and made them the desolate
ruins they are today.
·
7 “Now this is what the
Lord God Almighty (El-Shaddai),
the God (Elohim) of Israel, says: Why bring such great disaster on yourselves
by cutting off from Judah the men and women, the children and infants, and so
leave yourselves without a remnant? 8 Why arouse my anger with
what your hands have made, burning incense to other gods in Egypt, where you
have come to live? You will destroy yourselves and make yourselves a curse[a] and an object of reproach among all the
nations on earth. 9 Have you forgotten the wickedness committed
by your ancestors and by the kings and queens of Judah and the wickedness
committed by you and your wives in the land of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem?
· 10 To this day they have not humbled themselves or shown
reverence, nor have they followed my law and the decrees I set before you and
your ancestors.
·
11 “Therefore this is
what the Lord Almighty
(El-Shaddai), the God (Elohim) of Israel, says: I am determined to bring disaster
on you and to destroy all Judah.
·
12 I will take away the
remnant of Judah who were determined to go to Egypt to settle there. They will
all perish in Egypt; they will fall by the sword or die from famine. From the
least to the greatest, they will die by sword or famine. They will become a curse and an
object of horror, a curse and an object of reproach.
(NOTE:
See Deut. 28:37 this same prophecy on we as the physical Israel)
·
13 I will punish those
who live in Egypt with the sword, famine and plague, as I punished Jerusalem. 14 None
of the remnant of Judah who have gone to live in Egypt will escape or survive
to return to the land of Judah, to which they long to return and live; none
will return except a few fugitives.”
·
15 Then all the men who
knew that their wives were burning incense to other gods, along with all the
women who were present—a large assembly—and all the people living in Lower and
Upper Egypt, said to Jeremiah, 16 “We will not listen to the
message you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord (Yahweh Elohim)! 17 We will certainly
do everything we said we would: We will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven and
will pour out drink offerings to her just as we and our ancestors, our kings
and our officials did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. At
that time we had plenty of food and were well off and
suffered no harm. 18 But ever since we stopped burning incense
to the Queen of Heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have had
nothing and have been perishing by sword and famine.”
· 19 The women added, “When we burned incense to the Queen of
Heaven and poured out drink offerings to her, did not our husbands know that we
were making cakes impressed with her image and pouring out drink offerings to
her?”
·
20 Then Jeremiah said to all the people, both men and women,
who were answering him, 21 “Did not the Lord remember and call to mind the
incense burned in the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem by you and
your ancestors, your kings and your officials and the people of the land? 22 When
the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) could no longer endure your wicked actions
and the detestable things you did, your land became a curse and a desolate
waste without inhabitants, as it is today.
·
23 Because you have
burned incense and have sinned against the Lord
(Yahweh Elohim) and have not
obeyed him or followed his law or his decrees or his stipulations, this disaster
has come upon you, as you now see.”
· 24 Then Jeremiah said to
all the people, including
the women, “Hear the word of the Lord
(Yahweh Elohim), all you people of Judah in Egypt. 25 This
is what the Lord Almighty
(El-Shaddai), the God (Elohim) of Israel, says: You and your wives have done
what you said you would do when you promised, ‘We will certainly carry out the vows we made to burn
incense and pour out drink offerings to the Queen of Heaven.’
·
“Go ahead then, do what you promised! Keep your vows! 26 But
hear the word of the Lord (Yahweh Elohim),
all you Jews living in Egypt: ‘I swear by my great name,’ says the Lord (Yahweh Elohim), ‘that no one from
Judah living anywhere in Egypt will ever again invoke my name or swear, “As
surely as the Sovereign Lord (Yahweh Elohim) lives.”
·
27 For I am watching over them for harm, not for good; the
Jews in Egypt will perish by sword and famine until they are all destroyed. 28 Those
who escape the sword and return to the land of Judah from Egypt will be very
few. Then the whole remnant of Judah who came to live in Egypt will know whose
word will stand—mine or theirs.
·
29 “‘This will be the
sign to you that I will punish you in this place,’ declares the Lord (Yahweh Elohim), ‘so that you will
know that my threats of harm against you will surely stand.’ 30 This
is what the Lord (Yahweh Elohim) says: ‘I am going to
deliver Pharaoh Hophra king of Egypt into the hands
of his enemies who want to kill him, just as I gave Zedekiah king of Judah into
the hands of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, the enemy who wanted to kill
him.’”

The
Woman, Jezebel in Prophecy Explained
According to the
below listed Scriptures, we get a background on the woman Jezebel described in
Revelation 2:20 NKJV by the Sovereign Yahwehshua
our Savior the Messiah as a woman who "calls herself
a prophetess".
Does this
mean Yahwehshua do not consider this woman a
prophetess? Most of the "wise of this
world" would claim this does not refer to the woman in the Old
Testament with this very same name. They like to have you to think that Yahushua
the Messiah, the Son of Elohim just used this name without any historical
reference, nor any spiritual or symbolic meaning referring to women who call
themselves ministers and teachers in the churches of those who called
themselves Christians.
The Messiah Yahwehshua referred to this
woman teaching His people as "Jezebel" for a reason.
It is strange that most arguing for women to rule over them, do not attempt to
explain why the Messiah Yahwehshua used this
reference to "Jezebel"?
Some try and
include men in these verses, claiming this Jezebel represent those teachers
in the Churches who lead the people astray. Yet, the words used such as
seduced, woman, Jezebel, herself, and prophetess are all feminine pointing to
women only; and the Greek word for “prophetess”
is gender specific meaning a female (not male).
In Galatians
4:22-26, we have Scripture using the names of women (Hagar
and Sarah the mothers are Abraham’s sons) to symbolic represent the two
covenants. Hagar, the slave woman (the Old Covenant) and Sarah, the free
woman (the New Covenant); just as these women in history help us to understand
this symbolic representation – Jezebel, the woman who seduced, incited king
Ahab to total evil and wickedness help us understand the Messiah using her name
in Revelation to represent these women in the congregations of those women
ministers in the churches today (1 Kings 21:25-26).
So, I ask this
question how is it that the wise of this world (some Bible scholars and some
students of the Bible) can honestly say the Messiah used the name
"Jezebel" without any referring to or
connection to the only woman in the whole Bible by this name?
Well, you decide for yourself, and trust the
Messiah Yahwehshua to say what He means and do what
He says.
The Hebrew word 'Ieza/bel' transliterated word 'Iezabel,
ee-ed-zab-ale’ a noun feminine,
Jezebel = 'chaste';
wife of Ahab, an impious and cruel queen who caused the people of Israel to
commit idolatry (spiritual harlotry/sexual immorality).
This woman Jezebel in Revelation have the
same character as the Jezebel in 1 Kings as she also persecuted and killed the
prophets of Elohim, the symbolic name of a woman in Scripture where its’ said
she pretended or called herself a prophetess in the churches of the Living God
in Revelation 2:20 (Strong’s).
Here in 1 Kings
16:31 NKJV, Ahab is said to have married Jezebel,
which was against Elohim command, not to marry foreign women (Joshua 23:12-13)...
· "…And
it came to pass, as though it had been a trivial thing for him to walk in
the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took
as wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal, king of
the Sidonians; and he went and served Baal and worshiped him"...
Notice what's said
here that Ahab considered it "a trivial thing" to sin as his
evil father Omri did (1 Kings 16:25, 29).
The sins of Ahab caused all Israel to sin against Yahweh Elohim, as did
Jeroboam (1 Kings 16:26, 32-33). Ahab willingly submitted to the Baal
worship of the Sidonians and his wife because he did not care about nor fear Yahweh
Elohim.
Ahab through the
teachings of Jezebel's Baal worship caused the people of Israel (the people of Yahweh
Elohim) to sin against Elohim. Here is the sad
commentary on a man who committed his authority to a woman by permitting her to
lead the people in spiritual matters; he caused the whole congregation to sin
and follow this woman to destruction and death.
In 1 Kings 18:12-13
NKJV, Obadiah who feared Elohim hid 100 prophets of Elohim when Jezebel was
killing them (1 Kings 18:3-4).
· "12…it
shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from you, that the Spirit of the LORD (Yahweh
Elohim) will carry you to a place I do not know; so
when I go and tell Ahab, and he cannot find you, he will kill me. But I your
servant have feared the LORD (Yahweh Elohim) from my youth. 13 Was it not
reported to my lord what I did when Jezebel killed the prophets of the LORD (Yahweh
Elohim), how I hid one hundred men of the LORD's (Yahweh Elohim) prophets,
fifty to a cave, and fed them with bread and water?” …
Notice what's being
said here, this woman Jezebel was so bold that she even killed the prophets of
the Living Yahweh Elohim. This is pure direct rebellion against Yahweh Elohim,
which is witchcraft (1 Sam.15: 23). Jezebel knew she
was rebelling against Yahweh Elohim, yet she did not care or fear Yahweh
Elohim.
Again, this wicked
and evil woman Jezebel 1 Kings 21 (NKJV) devised a scheme to kill an innocent
man for his vineyard. The elders and noble men of the city of Jezreel carried
out this evil scheme for Jezebel...
·
"5 …Jezebel his wife came to him,
and said to him, "Why is your spirit so sullen
that you eat no food?" 6 He said to her, "Because I spoke to
Naboth the Jezreelite, and said to him, "Give me
your vineyard for money; or else, if it pleases you, I will give you another
vineyard for it.' And he answered, "I will not give you
my vineyard."'
·
7 Then Jezebel his wife said to him, "You now
exercise authority over Israel! Arise, eat
food, and let your heart be cheerful; I will give you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite."
·
8 And she wrote letters in Ahab's name...
10 and seat two men, scoundrels, before him to bear witness against him,
saying, You have blasphemed God (Elohim) and the king.
Then take him out, and stone him, that he may die.
·
11 So the men of his city, the elders and nobles who were
inhabitants of his city, did as Jezebel had sent to them,
as it was written in the letters which she
had sent to them...
·
20 So Ahab said to Elijah, "Have
you found me, O my enemy?" And he answered,
"I have found you, because you have sold yourself to do evil in the sight of
the LORD: 21"Behold, I will bring calamity on you. I will take away
your posterity, and will cut off from Ahab every male in Israel, both bond and
free. 22 I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha
the son of Ahijah, because of the provocation with which you have
provoked Me to anger, and made Israel sin.'
·
23 And concerning Jezebel the LORD (Yahweh Elohim) also
spoke, saying, "The dogs
shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.'
24 The dogs shall eat whoever belongs to Ahab and dies in the city, and the
birds of the air shall eat whoever dies in the field."
·
25 But there was no one like Ahab who sold himself to do
wickedness in the sight of the LORD (Yahweh Elohim), because Jezebel his wife
stirred him up".
·
26 And he behaved very abominably in
following idols, according to all that the Amorites had done, whom the LORD (Yahweh Elohim) had
cast out before the children of Israel…
When Yahweh Elohim pronounced
judgment on Jezebel, notice what He says about Ahab,
"there was no one like Ahab who sold himself to do
wickedness" whom Jezebel stirred up.
In the NIV 1 Kings
21:26, Elohim says in 1 Kings 21 (NIV), that Ahab sold
himself to do evil (he sold himself to his wife and the evil one). Yahweh
Elohim further says that Ahab behaved "in the vilest manner"
causing Israel to sin, and Ahab did all this by the urging of his
wife, Jezebel. Ahab was more willing to follow his wife Jezebel than Yahweh
Elohim, and he refused to hear the servants and prophets of Yahweh Elohim
allowing his wife Jezebel to persecute and kill them at will.
Finally, Jezebel in
2 Kings 9 is said to be the one responsible for the blood of Yahweh Elohim
prophets and servants...
·
1 And Elisha
the prophet called one of the sons of the prophets, and said to him,
“Get[a] yourself ready,
take this flask of oil in your hand, and go to Ramoth
Gilead. 2 Now when you arrive at that place, look there for
Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, and
go in and make him rise up from among his associates, and take him to an inner
room. 3 Then take the flask of oil, and pour it on his head,
and say, ‘Thus says the Lord (Yahweh Elohim): “I
have anointed you king over Israel.” ’Then open the door and flee, and do
not delay.”
·
4 So the young man,
the servant of the prophet, went to Ramoth Gilead. 5 And
when he arrived, there were the captains of the army sitting; and he said, “I
have a message for you, Commander.” Jehu said, “For which one of us?” And he
said, “For you, Commander.” 6 Then he arose and went into
the house. And he poured the oil on his head, and said to him, “Thus says
the Lord God (Yahweh Elohim) of
Israel: ‘I have anointed you king over the people of the Lord, over Israel.
· 7 You shall
strike down the house of Ahab your master, that I may avenge the blood of My
servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the Lord (Yahweh Elohim), at
the hand of Jezebel.
· 8 For the whole
house of Ahab shall perish; and I will cut off from Ahab all the males in
Israel, both bond and free. 9 So I will make the house of Ahab
like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like
the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah.
· 10 The dogs shall eat Jezebel on the plot of ground
at Jezreel, and there shall be none to bury her.’ ” And he opened the door and fled.
· 11 Then Jehu came out
to the servants of his master, and one said to him, “Is all well? Why did
this madman come to you?” And he said to them, “You know the man and his
babble.”
· 12 And they said, “A
lie! Tell us now.” So he said, “Thus and thus he
spoke to me, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord (Yahweh Elohim): “I
have anointed you king over Israel.”
· 13 Then each man
hastened to take his garment and put it [b]under him on
the top of the steps; and they blew trumpets, saying, “Jehu is king!”
·
14 So Jehu the son
of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, conspired against Joram. (Now Joram
had been defending Ramoth Gilead, he and all Israel,
against Hazael king of Syria. 15 But
King [c]Joram had returned to
Jezreel to recover from the wounds which the Syrians had inflicted on him when
he fought with Hazael king of Syria.) And Jehu said,
“If you are so minded, let no one leave or escape from the city to go and tell
it in Jezreel.” 16 So Jehu rode in a chariot and went to
Jezreel, for Joram was laid up there; and Ahaziah
king of Judah had come down to see Joram.
·
17 Now a watchman
stood on the tower in Jezreel, and he saw the company of Jehu as he came, and
said, “I see a company of men.” And Joram said,
“Get a horseman and send him to meet them, and let him say, [d]‘Is it peace?’
” 18 So the horseman went to meet him, and said, “Thus
says the king: ‘Is it peace?’ ”And
Jehu said, “What have you to do with peace? [e]Turn around and
follow me.” So the watchman
reported, saying, “The messenger went to them, but is not coming back.”
·
19 Then he sent
out a second horseman who came to them, and said, “Thus says the king:
‘Is it peace?’” And Jehu answered, “What have you to do with peace? Turn
around and follow me.” 20 So the watchman reported, saying,
“He went up to them and is not coming back; and the driving is like the
driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi, for he drives
furiously!”
·
21 Then Joram said, [f]“Make ready.” And
his chariot was made ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of
Judah went out, each in his chariot; and they went out to meet Jehu, and [g]met him on the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.
·
22 Now it
happened, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, “Is it
peace, Jehu?”
·
So he answered, “What peace, as long as the
harlotries of your mother Jezebel and her witchcraft are so many?”

Again, please
note what Yahweh Elohim says here that Jezebel practiced witchcraft (remember
rebellion against Yahweh Elohim
also is witchcraft) and harlotries.
Do you think these
harlotries of Jezebel were sexual in nature? Or was Jezebel committing these
harlotries with other gods?
Was Jezebel causing
the people of Israel to commit harlotry? This leads us to Messiah
Yahwehshua words in Revelation 2:20 where He says
a woman called by the same name as this "Jezebel" teaches and
misleads His "servants to commit sexual immorality".
Again, I ask the
question do you believe all Messiah Yahwehshua
servants are committing sexual (physical) immorality with this "Jezebel"
called a prophetess?
Also, please note the behavior of this Jezebel
compared to the Old Testament one.

Samuel 15:23 divination
The word
'prophetess' in the original Greek is 'profetiB'; transliterated
word 'Prophetis' meaning a woman who foretell future
events or things hidden from others which are at times revealed,
either by inspiration or by dreams and visions; a female who declares or
interprets oracles.
Translated as prophetess
twice in the KJV / NAS Luke 2:36 about Anna a true prophetess and Rev.
2:20 concerning Jezebel the false prophetess (Strong's definition).
Jezebel, a
princess of a gentile nation was married to Ahab, the king of Israel (1 Kings
16:30-32). Jezebel's name in history have come to
represent those "women who called themselves prophetess" (Jezebel
had her own prophets – 1 Kings 18:19); those practicing witchcraft; those
women who demand to be teachers and preachers in the churches of this because
they are capable; those women who are deceitful, persuasive, un-submissive to
their husbands; and not willing to submit to the authority of the Holy
Scriptures (or remain in subjection to), sound doctrine and the law of Elohim
and His Messiah.
In the New
Testament the name “Jezebel” refers to those women who are dominating and have
gain authority over men (transferred and permitted by men) in the churches of
those Laodiceans Christians worshipping in the synagogues of Satan (Rev. 2:9;
3:9).
Jezebel in history
caused the persecution and death of the servants and prophets of Elohim (1
Kings 18:3-4,12-13). She ruled over Ahab the king of Israel and
many false prophets who served the false gods Baal and Asherah (1 Kings 18:19).
Our Sovereign Yahwehshua our Savior the Messiah
in Revelation 2:20 used her name to represent all the rebellious women who are
teaching in the churches of those Laodiceans Christians worshipping in the synagogues
of Satan - Rev. 2:9; 3:9 (calling themselves ministers or pastors or prophetesses).
The Greek word
'plana/w' translated as "seduce", (also
notice this word is most commonly translated as 'deceive', in other parts
of the KJV and other translations uses 'lead astray' or 'misleads'). It’s
from the transliterated word 'Planao, plan-ah'-o'
meaning: to cause to stray, to lead astray, lead aside from the right
way, to go astray, wander, roam about, “to lead away from the truth, to
lead into error, to deceive, to be led into error, to be led aside from the
path of virtue, to go astray, sin, to sever or fall away from the truth, of
heretics, to be led away into error and sin” (Strongs’ definition).
Now in Revelation
2, the Messiah speaks of a woman name "Jezebel" which occurs twice in
the Holy Scriptures (once in the Old Testament and once in the New Testament).
In the Old
Testament, Jezebel is the name of the very wicked and
evil woman who killed and persecuted the prophets and people of Elohim, and she
seduced her husband Ahab, the king of Israel and the people of Israel into
committing harlotry against Elohim.
In the New
Testament, Jezebel's name is used by Messiah Yahwehshua
to represent a woman teaching the saints and leading them
astray to "commit sexual immorality" against their
Husband the Lamb of Elohim. Yahwehshua says
He have this against the Church at Thyatira, "you allow that woman
Jezebel" to teach and deceive My people...
Revelation 2…
· "18
"And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write, "These things
says the Son of God (Elohim), who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet
like fine brass: 19 "I know your works, love, service, faith, and your
patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first.
· 20 Nevertheless I have a few things
against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess,
to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things
sacrificed to idols.
· 21 And I gave her time to repent of her
sexual immorality, and she did not repent.
·
22 Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who
commit adultery with her into great tribulation,
unless they repent of their deeds. 23 I will
kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who
searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to
your works.
·
24
"Now to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have
this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan,
as they say, I will put on you no other burden. 25 But hold fast what you have
till I come.
·
26 And he who overcomes, and keeps My
works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations--27
"He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces
like the potter's vessels' -- as I also have received from My Father; 28 and I
will give him the morning star. 29 "He who has
an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches"...
First, I ask these
questions for your spiritual discernment. Do you believe Messiah Yahwehshua used a woman here for no reason other than
giving us the example of someone being defiant toward Elohim?
Are there other
examples where the Messiah used a woman teaching in the Church of the Living Elohim
just because and with no meaning? Why did Yahwehshua
the Messiah say in verse 20 the Churches allows this woman Jezebel to teach? Is it because women are not
allowed to teach?
Why did the Messiah
say this woman calls "herself a prophetess"?
Is it because she took on this authority without Elohim approval? Have the Holy
Scriptures used this phrase calls "herself a prophetess"
before this time?
We see in
Revelations 18:7, a woman called Babylon, the Mother
of all harlots where it is said “she glorified herself”. When these
phrases are used, it means these people took this title upon themselves without
biblical authority or Elohim anointing.
Does not Elohim
anoint His prophets and prophetesses? If Elohim had
anointed this woman a prophetess to teach His People
then Messiah Yahwehshua would not have said she “calls herself a prophetess”.
Are these called Christians
committing fornication and adultery with this woman Jezebel?
Or is it a metaphor for spiritual fornication (Rom. 7:1-4)? The word
translated as "sexual immorality" is the Greek word "porneuw", transliterated word "Porneuo", phonetic spelling "porn-yoo'-o" a verb meaning to prostitute one's body
to the lust of another, to give one's self to unlawful sexual intercourse, or
to commit fornication.
It is also used, as
a metaphor meaning to be given to idolatry, to worship idols, to
permit one's self to be drawn away by another into idolatry (see Strong’s
definition). Since, the Messiah referenced the historical Jezebel who
seduced Israel and her husband Ahab into committing idolatry; it is without
a doubt that this seduction referenced here by the Messiah refers to the
spiritual immorality of His people.
The people
of this church at Thyatira are allowing women to teach and cause the people to "commit
sexual immorality" against God and His Christ by worshipping other gods.
Messiah Yahwehshua is saying these women who call
themselves prophetesses and teachers in the churches today are leading the
people of Elohim from the truth with doctrines of Satan, the evil one.
The Holy Scriptures
in many places refers to Elohim people as being married or betrothed to Elohim
(the Messiah Himself). The doctrine this woman spiritual
called Jezebel (women who call themselves preachers) teaches is referred to as
the "depths
of Satan" (v. 24) meaning these women are teaching
a doctrine of Satan (that women have been given authority in the Churches over
men).
Notice that the
Messiah praises those called Christians for their "works, love,
service, faith", and their patience (v. 19);
this is probably why most who allow women to teach believe there's no problem
with women preaching in the churches because the people are doing something
right or these women who call themselves teachers seems to be teaching
something right.
However, if you
learn or know what's right and wrong then still you continue to do wrong this
is willfully disobeying the laws of the Messiah.
Messiah Yahwehshua had a problem with these women
teaching and deceiving His servants, and Messiah Yahwehshua says to these
women who call themselves ministers that He gave them time to repent and they
did not.
This is why I
concluded earlier in this paper that these women who call themselves preachers
would not relinquish their rulership because of this prophecy (v. 21).
The women who call themselves ministers and those who wish women to rule over
them today will not repent of their doctrine and teachings but will continue to
preach by deceptive speech and smooth words. These women and those who submit
to their teaching that a woman can lead a man spiritually and that the wife
only have to submit to the husband some of the time must go through the
great tribulation before they will repent of this doctrine of Satan (v.
22); if even then.
Messiah Yahwehshua commends those who do not accept the doctrine of
Satan taught by these women who call themselves preachers, yet
these called Christians (Laodiceans Christians/ followers) who reject
these women who call themselves teachers are among the congregations of Satan.
We have those in the churches of this world who have Elohim Spirit and have
rejected this teaching, and Messiah our King and Savior says He "will
put no other burden" on us (v. 24).
Therefore, I exhort
you today as followers of the Lamb of Elohim do not defile yourself with these
women and their doctrines but hold fast to what you have till Messiah come, remain
virgins, and test those who claim to be the ministers of the Messiah (v. 25,
1 John 4:1 and Rev. 14:4).
In
Nehemiah 6:14 NKJV, we have the false prophetess Noadiah
trying to intimidate Nehemiah... 14 My
God (Elohim), remember Tobiah and Sanballat,
according to these their works, and the prophetess Noadiah and the rest of the
prophets who would have made me afraid.
This
is very telling that this "prophetess Noadiah" was trying
to intimidate Nehemiah. For this Nehemiah was rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem.
Matthew
7:21-23 NKJV - I Never Knew You
As it is written
concerning the woman Jezebel, the Messiah Yahwehshua our
Great High Priest and Master (Hebrews 4:14 and John 15:14-16) says:
Revelation
2:20-21 King
James Version (KJV)
Messiah
Yahwehshua, the
Son of Elohim is our example:
2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV
·
“All Scripture is
given by inspiration of God (Elohim)…”
John 1:1-14 KJV
·
“1 In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God (Elohim), and the Word was
God (Elohim). 2 The same was in the beginning with God (Elohim)…14 And
the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…”
Philippians
2:5-11 New King James Version (NKJV)
The Humbled and
Exalted Messiah
·
5 Let this mind be in
you which was also in Christ Jesus (Messiah Yahwehshua),
6 who, being in the form of God (Elohim), did not consider it [a]robbery to be equal
with God (Elohim), 7 but [b]made Himself of no
reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of
men.
·
8 And being found in
appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of
death, even the death of the cross.
·
9 Therefore God (Elohim)
also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that
at the name of Jesus (Yahwehshua) every knee should
bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and
that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Messiah Yahwehshua is Sovereign), to the glory of God (Elohim) the
Father.
